PFC Day Center
Supporting Our Neighbors with Dignity & Respect
Throughout FY2025-2026, the Pope Francis Center Day Center offered a safe and welcoming environment where every person was treated with dignity and respect. We ensured basic needs were met while building trust, fostering hope, and supporting each guest’s journey toward permanent housing.
Bridge Housing Campus
Restoring Lives, Building Futures
Since opening in June 2024, the Bridge Housing Campus has provided a pathway out of chronic homelessness for 77 individuals. During FY2025-2026, 45 residents successfully transitioned to permanent housing, achieving lasting stability and renewed independence. These outcomes reflect the resilience of our residents and our continued commitment to ending chronic homelessness in Detroit.
