Digital Marketing & Brand Manager

The Pope Francis Center seeks a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to strengthen our brand, expand our digital presence, and translate the daily impact of our work into compelling communications that move audiences to act.

Reporting to the Director of Executive and External Communications and partnering closely with the Development team, this role manages the Center’s brand and digital marketing efforts across the website, social media, email, video, digital campaigns, and other communications channels.

This is a hands-on role for a versatile marketing professional who can move between strategy and execution, manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and bring forward ideas that increase awareness, donor engagement, volunteer participation, and community support.

Care Plan Coordinator

The Care Plan Coordinator manages all aspects of resident care-plan logistics and communication—bridging clients, clinical teams, family, and community providers—so that Caseworkers, Residential Coordinators, and Recovery Specialists can devote their time to direct support.

Recovery Support Specialist

Join us as a Recovery Support Specialist at the Bridge Housing Campus and play a pivotal role in transforming lives.  Responsible for supporting guests in their daily, life, providing addiction recovery support, and facilitating general recovery support groups, the work of the Recovery Support Specialist will truly transform the lives of our guest and embody the mission of PFC.

Licensed Social Worker

Play a direct role in helping Bridge Housing residents stabilize, engage in care, and move toward long-term housing independence. The role of Licensed Social Worker provides direct resident support through assessment, care planning, case management, service coordination, crisis response, documentation, and structured programming. Depending on licensure, experience, and team needs, this position may include a stronger focus on core case management or a deeper focus on counseling, behavioral health support, recovery-oriented services, and clinically informed interventions.
