Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is a highly trusted strategic partner to the President & CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support to provide executive-level coordination, judgement, and systems leadership. The Executive Assistant helps translate organizational strategy into action, protects and optimizes the CEO’s time and attention, and ensure follow-through across leadership, board, and external relationships.

Manager of Foundation Philanthropy

The Manager of Foundation Philanthropy assists with fundraising activities related to institutional and individual giving and manages grant cycles from prospecting through reporting results. The position is part of the Development Team, which is responsible for fundraising – direct mail, special events, crowdfunding, grants, and individual gifts – as well as donor cultivation & stewardship, donor record keeping, and donor prospecting.

Marketing & Communications Intern

The Marketing & Communications Intern will support social media, content creation, and event promotion while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing.
